You must fulfill orders as specified in your listings and in accordance with the terms agreed upon with buyers. Any changes to product details must be updated promptly.
  • Buyers: You are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before making a purchase. Ensure that you provide accurate delivery information. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable shipping fees.

 

5. Payments and Fees

  • Transaction Fees: We charge a transaction fee for each sale made through our platform. This fee is a percentage of the total sale amount and will be deducted before payment is transferred to the seller. The fee structure will be detailed on our platform.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information but rely on these providers to handle payment transactions securely. Any issues with payment processing should be addressed with the payment provider.

 

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Responsibility: Farmers and agro-processors are responsible for arranging and completing the delivery of products. They must ensure that products meet the quality and delivery standards specified in the product listings.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on the weight, size, and destination of the product. These costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process or given as a quote by seller. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Refunds and Returns

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available according to the terms specified in the product listing. Generally, refunds will be processed if the product is returned within the return period specified and is in its original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Returns: Buyers must report any issues with the product within 24hrs days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the product and processing the refund or replacement.

 

8. Intellectual Property
