  • Coverage: Our platform enables transactions across all Caribbean islands where our registered farmers and agro-processors are operational. This includes, but is not limited to, islands such as Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Dominica.

  • Availability: The availability of delivery services may vary based on the specific location of both the buyer and the seller. It is important to communicate directly with the seller to confirm delivery options for your specific location.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Deliveries: For deliveries within the same island, expect your order to be completed and delivered within 3-5 business days. The exact timeframe may vary based on the seller’s logistics and operational processes.

  • Regional Deliveries: When ordering from one island to another, the delivery process generally takes between 7-14 business days. This timeframe includes the time required for inter-island transportation and handling by the chosen delivery service.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Local Shipping: Shipping costs for local deliveries are determined by the seller. These costs are calculated based on various factors such as the weight and size of the product and the delivery location.
